PLM, PLRO. PLSC - PLine Move,Rotate Scale - will modify only part of Polyline.
SELL - Select by Layer - now works with batch selection.
RMU, RMUA - Surface Update (now works with hatches).
PLP - Fixed bug with non closed Polyline.
BI - !!!! New Block Import panel.
ALO - Align Object to other object (like in 3dsmax).
COTAU - will fix mirrored cota blocks.

ATTNORM - will normalize positions and rotation of attributes - much easier to reed.

New commands: LLIC - LAYER Isolate Color, PL (PLINE) fixed promtping + total length + area; L (LINE) - no prompting if line is not slanted); DILINE - DImension LINE + selection (easy to move or stretch); DILINES - select lines to convert them to DILINE; ISEL works faster.
